A new yoga instructor (named Matt) thought about changing his name because he was concerned that being called “Yoga Matt” would encourage potential troublemaker students to step on him,
make fun of him, irritate him, and/or undermine his authority. However he did not change his name, because he is ultimately confident, and being confident is why he is a yoga instructor.
