So at a show, the audience may ask: “WHO IS THAT?!” Then the band responds: “WE. ARE. SINUS INFECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND WE WILL INFECT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! 1-2-3-4!!!!!!!!……….” (then the band starts loudly blasting their music)
